Jayar is a foresight strategist with Idea Couture, where he helps organizations to develop their capacity for future thinking so that they can respond more flexibly to change and disruption. A thinker most comfortable working in the under-explored spaces between disciplines, he has led multi-stakeholder foresight projects on everything from mental health strategy and wearable technology to the future of work and play. The roster of clients with whom he has explored the future includes AT&T, LG, Cisco, Samsung, FedEx, Mattel, and BMO.
Prior to working at Idea Couture, he served as Resident Futurist at InteraXon, a Toronto-based startup building brainwave-sensing technology for the consumer market.
Jayar has an MA in Philosophy from McMaster University and an MDes in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University.
