Kirstin’s approach to innovation and strategy is to help brands move beyond short-term solutions to position themselves for growth and sustainable market leadership. With an innate curiosity about human behavior and a keen ability to translate insights into leading business solutions, she purposefully chooses to work across categories as a means to fuse divergent thinking and practices in unexpected ways.

With deep experience in brand development, marketing strategy, organizational communications, experience design, and product development, Kirstin has worked with many notable brands on complex innovation projects, including Kraft, PepsiCo, Nestlé, Canadian Tire Corporation, TJX, Sears, Ubisoft, Diageo, and TD Bank.

Kirstin holds an MA in Design and Strategy from the Ontario College of Art and Design.
