SVP, Strategy

As SVP of Strategy at Idea Couture, Martin leads all aspects of the firm’s strategy practice, including; managing the diverse practitioners that make up the strategy team, and shaping the products and processes that comprise the strategy practice.

Over the past 15+ years Martin has lived in several of the world’s fastest growing markets and has had the privilege of leading large scale innovation programs for clients including; BB&T, Campbell’s Soup Co., Charles Schwab, Coca-Cola, Kroger, Mars, Mattel, MolsonCoors, PepsiCo, Prudential, Samsung, TD Bank, Tyson and UCB.

Martin is a formally trained industrial designer from the OCAD University, specializing in applied innovation and strategic creativity.

When not helping IC’s strategy team and clients with their innovation challenges he can be found in spandex, on his road bike, pretending he’s actually a competent cyclist.
