As a systems thinker, Stephanie approaches organizational change by applying a humanizing lens to the execution of strategy. By combining her passion for understanding human behavior with her expertise in process design and capability building, Stephanie has led multidisciplinary teams through the strategic rethinking of organizations, business units, and processes.

In her role as Head of Business Process Transformation, Stephanie leads the strategy practice to help organizations integrate new products and services into their business-as-usual people, processes, and systems. A strategist with an operations background, she translates fuzzy front-end innovations into the tools and tactics required to create tangible organizational change. Stephanie has partnered with companies as diverse as FedEx, Campbell’s, AbbVie, HTC, Scotiabank, and TELUS. She is able to leverage her cross-industry experience in organizational change and strategic implementation to achieve sustainable results.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto. In addition to holding a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) designation, Stephanie is also an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional.
